THE JOB

Join the team as a Housekeeping Administrative Assistant, where you’ll play an important role in supporting daily housekeeping operations in a fast-paced resort environment.  In this role, you’ll provide administrative and clerical support while helping the department stay organized, efficient, and guest-focused.

Working behind the scenes with leadership and team members across the property, you’ll help support smooth day-to-day operations while delivering professional service and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $19.20 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Greet visitors and callers, answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls to the appropriate department, and respond to general email correspondence from guests and staff
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls for Housekeeping leadership and staff
  • Prepare purchase orders for housekeeping supplies, equipment, and services
  • Coordinate pick-up, shipping, storage, and organization of housekeeping products and supplies based on operational needs
  • Maintain inventory by keeping housekeeping supplies stocked, organized, and easy to locate
  • Compile, copy, sort, file, scan, and maintain housekeeping documents, reports, schedules, and databases
  • Work closely with Housekeeping leadership and other departments to support daily operations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • One (1) year of prior relevant experience in a related position, or equivalent education and experience, administrative or clerical preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new software quickly
