Position Overview


The HR Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the People Operations team. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this role supports the day-to-day operations of the department, including initiatives led by the EVP of People & Operations, and serves as a key partner in recruiting coordination, scheduling, communications, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities



  • Executive Memo & Internal Communications: Partner with the EVP of People & Operations to create and distribute a monthly Executive Memo, helping keep employees informed of senior leadership priorities and company initiatives to promote transparency and organizational alignment.

  • Hiring Support:
    Assist with the administrative aspects of the hiring process by conducting an initial review of resumes, coordinating interviews, and scheduling hiring alignment meetings and candidate question sessions to ensure an organized, efficient, and positive hiring experience.

  • People Operations Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and administrative activities that support the day-to-day operations of the People Operations team.

    • Manage the EVP of People & Operations calendar and HR team scheduling needs.

    • Coordinate mid-year and year-end performance check-ins, team meeting audits, and other recurring HR initiatives.

    • Partner with the People & Culture Coordinator to schedule company trainings, seminars, and learning opportunities.

    • Assist with planning and logistics for department meetings, offsites, and other People Operations initiatives.



  • Administrative & Departmental Support: Provide administrative support that keeps People Operations organized, accurate, and running efficiently.

    • Track hiring and employee education budgets.

    • Reconcile departmental expenses, including the EVP of People & Operations' corporate card.

    • Maintain the company accountability chart and other organizational documentation.

    • Assist in maintaining HR records, systems, and departmental documentation to ensure information remains organized and up to date.

    • Support special projects and administrative initiatives for the People Operations team.




Preferred Qualifications:



  • Minimum 1 year of administrative, executive assistant, HR, recruiting coordination, or hiring experience

  • Strong calendar management and meeting coordination skills

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR, or project management platforms is a plus.
