Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant I to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Highland Hills, OH.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant I
Work Location: Highland Hills, OH
Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Education/Experience Required:High school diploma Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience required.


Job Description & Responsibilities :
  • In Office Front Desk / Receptionist Responsibilities.
  • Receives visitors and answers small amount of calls providing assistance or direction to the appropriate office or person; exercises discretion and interpretive judgment in visitor/phone call direction.
  • Manages office and kitchen supplies, to include ordering, stocking cabinets and inventory.
  • Periodically prepare mail and fed ex shipping labels.
  • Breakdown, distribute and/or scan office mail.
  • Distribution of morning call off voicemails.
  • When needed, answers telephones providing direction and assistance sometimes requiring working knowledge of company procedure.
  • Provides such clerical assistance as typing reports, letters, postings, records, maintaining files, working with excel spreadsheets, etc.
  • Schedules appointments and conference rooms in Outlook, and arranges for meetings.
  • Assist in setting up conference room, ordering of meals, snacks and soft drinks for department and client meetings.
  • Other clerical duties a assigned.
Skills & Qualifications :
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years related experience
  • Ability to type 35-40 words per minute from recorded dictation or handwritten copy.
  • Computer literacy required.
