POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the administrative assistant team in assigned region.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Prepares transactions on Trust system for client accounts.
- Updates paper and electronic files with updated client information.

- Picks up, delivers, and processes inter-office and U.S. Mail.
- Closes client accounts.

- Prepares recurring client bills for payment by Trust Operations
- Updates paper and electronic files with updated beneficiary designation forms
- Picks up and delivers mail between Trust Operations and Personal Trust (back up)
- Covers the front desk during breaks and lunch daily and when permanent receptionist is absent (back up)
- Follows checklist to close client accounts (back up)
- Scan and copy documents for the 1st Source Foundation (back up
- Assists the Estate Team with similar functions on an as needed basis
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.

- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.


NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

- One (1) or more years of related experience preferred.

- Excellent organizational skills required and ability to work independently.

- Prior data entry or clerical experience preferred.
- Pleasant and professional telephone skills.
- Prior general office experience helpful; including experience in operating scanner and copier.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, detailed oriented and a team player.


EDUCATION
High School Degree or GED required; 1-3 years’ college preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
