The Administrative Assistant II provides comprehensive support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of training and logistics programs. This position serves as a key liaison between program staff, trainers, and management, facilitating communication and workflow while upholding high standards of accuracy and professionalism. The role demands effective multitasking, resourcefulness, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble, print, bind, and organize training materials for fielding to the Navy Fleet and Marine Forces.
· Coordinate logistics with trainers and managers.
· Support packaging and shipment coordination of training products in a fast-paced environment.
· Perform general administrative tasks including filing, record keeping, and document preparation.
· Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in accordance with security protocols.
· Assist program staff with data entry, inventory checks, quality control, and material tracking.
· Maintain office supplies and ensure training material staging areas are organized and mission-ready.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and manage repetitive tasks with consistency.
· Commitment to supporting military training and logistics functions.
