Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Duration: 5 - months contract
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90033
• Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite with additional days on-site as needed
• Work hours/Weekends needed: 40 hrs/week, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
• Manage heavy scheduling with multiple stakeholders using Outlook.
• Prepare agendas for meetings and coordinate logistics.
• Create and maintain organizational charts.
• Develop visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
• Handle expense reporting, including submission of reimbursements.
• Track and manage budget expenditures.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
Skills Required:
• Experience in a similar administrative role required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
• MUST HAVE Canva or similar tools for creating presentations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Education:
BA preferred
High School Diploma is a Must Have
