The Administrative Assistant role provides support for day-to-day operations for the departments and floor assigned to ensure appropriate coverage is always maintained.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items to Executives and Board of Directors.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
- Order and distribute office supplies.
- Assists in coordinating special meetings and events.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned or required.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio (as applicable), preferred.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience
