Administrative Assistant - Insurance

Location: Lawrenceville, GA (In-Office for first 6 months/then option for hybrid)
*Must reside in or around Lawrenceville, GA

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Type: Full Time

Administrative Assistant - Insurance

Are you a detailed-oriented, highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning? Are you ready to take the first step in your career and make a meaningful impact in the insurance sector? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As an Administrative Assistant at InsuranceHub Leavitt, you will play a vital role in supporting our insurance professionals, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and our clients receive top-notch service. This entry-level position is an ideal starting point for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the insurance field and grow within our dynamic organization.

With our training and help, our goal will be to develop you into a fully licensed agent within 90 days (upon successfully obtaining your state P&C license).  This is ideal for someone starting their career that wants a blend of technology and insurance and looking for a solid career path.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with basic inquires

Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain client information and policy details in our database, AMS360.

Documentation: Prepare and process documents, ensuring they meet requirements and guidelines.

Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers and team members.

Support: Provide administrative support to our insurance agents.

Record Keeping: Maintain organized files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry standards.

Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to develop your insurance knowledge and career potential.

Insurance Agency experience not required, however it is a plus!
