POSITION OVERVIEW: Supporting office operations and creating an exceptional employee
experience, the ideal candidate will bring a positive energy and passion for excellence. The
successful candidate will be our Director of First Impressions greeting colleagues and guests,
while providing day-to-day administrative responsibilities, facility management and event
planning, and will be a key member of our office. Collaborative work in the office is expected on
a daily basis. Each day will bring opportunities to learn and make an impact on our growing
company.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Maintain and protect assigned Company assets.
• Represent Company in a business-like professional manner in both conduct and appearance,
to maximize client satisfaction.
• Work in compliance with the Company’s polices and procedures including safety manual with
self and others in mind at all times.
• Work proactively and in a positive manner with co-workers.
• Communicate effectively and timely to resolve Company, Client, or other inquiries and/or
requests.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Create a welcoming environment for all colleagues and guests to the building
• Ensure all general office functions are completed, including reception, mail, phone system,
office supplies and general facility
• Facilities Management, include relationships with all partners in support of the building and
office equipment
• Administrative support of company systems and processes including sales support, company
data and other areas as needed. Including but not limited to data entry, regular reports, new
vendor setup in ERP system, and requesting Certificates of Insurance.
• Coordinate Company functions; promotional gatherings, seminars, parties, meetings, etc..
• Event planning, including travel arrangements, hospitality and other necessities for group
meetings, events, conventions, and technician travel.
• Assist with coordination of fleet upkeep as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school education, or equivalent, required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized business systems as demonstrated by a
minimum of 2 years of experience
• 3 years of experience with general administrative duties in an office environment
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
