We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Office of the CEO at Botrista. This unique new role will report to the Chief of Staff and will partner closely with the Senior Executive Administrative Business Partner. This position will play a crucial role in supporting critical day-to-day executive support to ensure our C-Suite leaders have a fully maximized and efficient day.
You’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to be highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently, remain composed under pressure, and skilled at engaging and collaborating with all key stakeholders. You will be making a significant impact on our success as you execute tasks with precision, enthusiasm, and an element of passion in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who possesses an exceptional work ethic and demonstrates good judgment, has a passion for getting things done quickly and accurately, takes ownership of their work, and manages multiple workstreams.
This is a full-time, onsite role, requiring presence in the office four to five days per week.
