As an Administrative Assistant in our Compliance - Medical Staff Department, your key responsibilities include maintaining efficient and smooth operations of the medical staff office, with a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You'll efficiently manage hospital provider scheduling to ensure seamless operations, while also meticulously tracking education, vacation and managing timecards. Maintaining a precise system for contract tracking to ensure compliance and accountability is essential. Collaboration with the medical staff coordinator, leadership team, and human resources on various office tasks, demonstrating strong organizational skills, is also part of the role. Lastly, you'll offer comprehensive administrative and computer support, showcasing proficiency in various software tools.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 3 years of administrative experience, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A desire to learn and grow within a healthcare setting is crucial, while holding a certificate or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
