Objectives of this role: Provide administrative services to PRIME"s Clinical and on-site services.
Responsibilities:
Intake/retrieve messages from clients for onsite services for Onsite Department to schedule dates and events.
Follow up with confirmation phone calls to clients for scheduled on-sites.
Manage Onsite results email, match MRO results to corresponding charts.
Create Billing Packets for Onsite services.
Manage Billing spreadsheet and input data.
Assist with charts (scanning, uploading, filing, reviewing, etc.),
Assist in correcting charts returned from reviewer status.
Manage vaccine log and fridge temperature log and required reporting.
Assist with inventory, supply management, procurement/purchasing process and procedures.
Chart and billing auditing.
Provide assistance in form development and administrative services
Assist in tracking document storage and retention spreadsheet.
Assist in onsite quotes/proposals.
Assist Director, Coordinator and Clinic Supervisor with administrative duties as assigned.
May be required to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
Will be required to operate your own dependable vehicle and may be required to make occasional deliveries.
Must have active and valid registration, title and insurance.
Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
3 - 5 years of administrative assistant or coordinator of medical services experience
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of working experience as a Medical Clinic setting
Physical Demands: Sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds. Repetitive motion. Extensive use of computers, copy machines and keyboards. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in a medical clinic setting and or office setting and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short and long distances, climb stairs, and drive a vehicle to deliver and pick up materials. Must have the ability to climb stairs.
