Adecco is assisting a local manufacturer in Clinton, PA with a temporary Administrative Assistant for approximately a 4 month leave.
Responsibilities for the temporary Administrative Assistant include:
- Acting as the first point of contact with on site visitors
- Provide administrative duties to support various departments
- Answer and direct calls
- Assist with mail distribution
- Arranging lunch for meetings as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration for the temporary Administrative Assistant:
- High school diploma/GED
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experienced in Word, Excel and Data Entry
Must be able to work in person in the Clinton office.

7 AM-4PM
$22/hr

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
