Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Professional Development Opportunities

As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company while also contributing to our content creation efforts. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing support to the team, and assisting with content development initiatives.

Compensation:

$27 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Assist in client onboarding and record management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, documents, and reports as needed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote our coaching and training programs.
  • Create compelling and informative content for marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, guides, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct research on real estate industry trends, market developments, and best practices to inform content creation.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, adheres to brand guidelines, and reflects the company's messaging and values.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in administrative support and content development, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and digital marketing tools/platforms (Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
