Job Description - Administrative Assistant Promotion items

Talent Consultants is in search of an organized and dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our client in managing promotional items. This role is essential in ensuring that all promotional tasks are executed effectively, efficiently, and within allotted timelines. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. As an Administrative Assistant focused on promotional items, you will play a key role in coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory, and supporting branding efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of promotional items, including ordering, inventory tracking, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that promotional strategies align with overall company goals.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, documenting all promotional item processes, requests, and approvals.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of promotional materials.
  • Assist with the planning of promotional events, providing logistical support and materials as necessary.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels and promotional item usage to assist in budget management.
  • Support administrative functions as needed to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in marketing or promotions.
  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for tracking inventory and managing reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
