Job Description - Administrative Assistant -Temp

Summary:

We are looking for an admin assistant to help a busy apartment community complete a preventative maintenance project.

Responsibilities:

Walk property with HVAC company open doors to apartments and wait while the maintenance is completed.
Assist current residents with maintenance request coordination and follow -up
Maintain accurate records of showings, applications, and resident communications
Support community engagement and contribute to a positive living environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in property management or hotel/residential customer service
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficiency in using property management software and basic office tools
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or business is a plus
