Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and orders.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Greet and assist office visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in report, presentation, and document preparation.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Input and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and databases.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. BA preferred. Two years office experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Computer literacy including spreadsheet and Excel skills a must
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
