Job Location: Hemlock, MI
Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM- M-F
Pay rate: $18.00- $20.00/Hour
Benefits: Eligible for complete benefits package after 90 days
Overview/Summary:
The Quality Administrative Assistant will perform tasks associated within the Quality Department. This may require working on multiple tasks during a working shift. We are seeking candidates who have a high attention to detail and a commitment to safety. You will be reporting to the Quality Manager and assisting the department with administrative duties. Training will be provided and opportunities for advancement exist. This is an onsite position. No option to work from home.
What You Will do:
Duties & Responsibilities include:
· Report to the Quality Manager and will be responsible for assisting Quality team with their administrative duties.
· Candidate needs to be flexible and have the ability to shift priorities and accept assignments based on need/demand.
· Will assist with special projects that come up in the department.
· This role has the opportunity to grow based on employee’s willingness to learn and has the ability to accept more assignments.
Requirements:
· MS Office proficient including Excel.
· SAP experience would be a plus but not necessarily a requirement
· Must have a minimum of HS Diploma or GED
· Must have a high attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow both written work /verbal instructions are a must
· Must be able to work as part of a team
