Apple Lease Returns, a D&M Leasing affiliate, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The Ideal candidate will have:
-Excellent communication and time management skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
-Proven ability to work independently.
What you will be doing:
•Answering and directing all calls at the used car lot
•Entering invoices into the car inventory for each vehicle immediately upon receipt daily
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office
•Adding/removing inventory in Cartrak
•Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and ordering supplies
•Reviewing completed car deals from finance as a second review before being sent to the main office
•Cancelling warranties
Hours and Compensation
-Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
-$22 per hour
