We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
Ensure all employee files are up to date and have all required documentation
Serve as contact for company uniforms, will also maintain and order uniforms for employees
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist and maintain with HR reports documents
Help organize employee engagement activities and events
Learn payroll process and serve as back up
Perform other duties as assigned
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
