We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator to assist our growing early-stage defense company. Our AA will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling/preparing onsite meetings, ordering/stocking kitchen supplies, collecting mail/coordinating shipping issues, and assisting with other various facility-related duties.
This role will require strong organizational skills and an ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This person will be our onsite go-to administrator, juggling multiple calendars and communications while also ensuring the office is well-stocked and tidy.
This position requires a daily in-office presence at our headquarter location in El Segundo.
$75,000 - $85,000 a year
