Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will handle standard administrative tasks while also managing accounts payable responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment supporting our upfitting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems, organize documents, and handle data entry with accuracy.
- Assist with office supply management and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Process accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, verifying accuracy, preparing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Support team members with reports, presentations, and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all financial and administrative activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in accounts payable, including familiarity with invoicing, payment processing, and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of the automotive or upfitting industry is a plus but not required.
- Professional, well-kept appearance and pleasant demeanor.
What We Offer:
- Hourly wage $21-$28 per hour based on experience.
- Monday- Friday hours (5 days, 40 hour work week). NO Saturdays or Sundays.
