Responsibilities

Greet guests professionally in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience
Verify guest eligibility for presentations in accordance with HGV standards
Follow all procedures outlined in the Guest Reception Training Manual (SOP)
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations
Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms and assist with guest inquiries
Assign guests to Sales Representatives based on arrival order
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Concierge system
Answer incoming calls, resolve guest inquiries, and escalate issues when needed

Qualifications

Excel in providing an exceptional customer experience
Enjoy face-to-face interactions with customers and associates
Quickly learn computer systems
Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays
