Job Description - Administrative Business Partner III - Energetic Workplace

Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Administrative Business Partner III. This is a 7 month + contract position located in New York, NY.

Summary:
  • Administrative Business Partner to up to 4 busy engineer executives in an extremely fast-paced enterprise sales environment.
  • The focus of the role is core administrative support: heavy/complex calendar management, processing expense reports, travel booking, and event planning.
  • Effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope.
  • Provide strategic support such as evaluating data or resolving minor operational issues with your manager's guidance. Interacting with high-level executives both inside and outside of client and perform flawlessly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
  • As an Administrative Business Partner (ABP), you will work closely with up to 4 executives to execute core admin support functions on their behalf.
  • You'll collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, performing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope.
  • Provide strategic support such as evaluating data or resolving minor operational issues with your manager's guidance.
  • Interact with high-level executives both inside and outside of client and perform efficiently and professionally in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities include administrative tasks such as heavy/complex calendar management, travel arrangements, event coordination, and expense management.
  • The role entails supporting multiple execs, primarily doing the core administrative skills with heavy focus on core duties (calendar, travel and expenses).
  • Core duties (calendar, travel and expenses) for three executives.

Requirements:
  • A self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; 5-7 years of experience supporting multiple directors and/or engineer executives with administrative tasks and related duties.
  • A self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them.
  • Professional, polished communication skills.
  • Excellent business judgment and professional etiquette.
  • Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and partner efficiently with others in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • The role entails supporting multiple execs, primarily doing the core administrative skills with heavy focus on core duties (calendar, travel and expenses).
  • The TVC will be collaborating with an awesome Cloud Data & Analytics E/ABP team and be the NYC Site POC.
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience using Google Workspace is highly desired.
  • Experience using SAP Concur is desired.


Pay rate range: $29.21 - $46.30 hourly
