Job Description - Administrative Clerk

West Coast Wound and Skin Care seeks an ambitious Medical Billing Clerk. This is a full-time, on-site position, at our Burbank, CA headquarters.
Job Description:
The Medical Billing Clerk position is primarily clerical, assisting our Billing team with the majority of duties involving preparing and printing documents for mailing, handling correspondence/In-coming mails, organizing files, performing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, provide administrative support to the team.
. To perform this job effectively, candidates must have the following skills:

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Time management and ability to multitask
Verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate-to-advanced computer/technical skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
Strong ethical and moral compass
Professional demeanor
Reliable and dependable
Discrete and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ability to follow directions

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $18.00 an hour

Minimum Qualifications:

Be of legal working age and have reliable transportation to report to work on-site Monday-Friday.
At least 1 year of administrative or clerical work, or commensurate educational experience preferred
English fluency

Preferred Qualifications:

Medical Terminology knowledge
Interest in the medical field
Drive to be a Biller or billing specialist
