Yellow Frog Graphics is a premier provider of custom vehicle graphics and wraps. We strive to provide top notch service, design, products and installation for business, organization, or personal projects. Using leading edge design and installation techniques each one of our orders is tailored to customer specifications to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness. We are growing quickly and looking for a customer service-oriented individual with a friendly, poised demeanor to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support general marketing efforts and help maintain digital presence.
  • Assist with organizing materials, coordination vendor relationships and tracking job details.
  • Obtain sign and city permits as needed.
  • Assist with light bookkeeping, billing and internal documentation.
  • Create and maintain policy orders.
  • Coordinated logistics for events and team travel.
  • Assist sales team with job preparation and client follow-up.
  • Handle basic quoting, order processing and customer inquiries.
  • Participate in day-to-day operations to ensure project flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time in an office setting.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
  • Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
  • Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs. Normal range of hearing and vision.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing. 
  • 2+ years in an administrative or office support role
  • Experience supporting marketing or sales departments preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, ShopVox)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent follow-through skills.
  • Professional, responsible and customer oriented at all times. 
  • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
