Job Description - Administrative Coordinator for Student Affairs - Enrollment Services


Are you detail-driven, service-minded, and energized by supporting student success? The Office of the Registrar is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for Student Affairs – Enrollment Services to manage critical enrollment operations, student record maintenance, and high-quality customer service for students, faculty, and campus partners.

What You’ll Do
You’ll ensure accurate, timely processing and integrity of student information by:
  • Managing daily data entry, updates, and quality control in student information systems.
  • Processing grades, academic status changes, transcript requests, and enrollment verifications.
  • Maintaining comprehensive student records (test scores, documentation, official forms).
  • Supporting registration for courses, electives, and clinical rotations; processing add/drop and course adjustments.
  • Assisting with course catalog/handbook updates (course numbers, credit hours, prerequisites).
  • Coordinating leaves of absence, withdrawals, and re-enrollment documentation
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for student and stakeholder inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Developing FAQs/resources, improving processes, and supporting audits/accreditation needs.
  • Supporting office operations, budget documentation, and key events (orientation, commencement).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business/Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • 2–3 years in higher education administration, student services, or data management.
  • Experience with student information systems/database management (SONIS preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, communication, accuracy, and problem-solving.

Location and Schedule:
  • Full time, on campus position.
  • Occasional evening/weekend availability needed during peak enrollment periods required.
