The Administrative Coordinator for Student Success and Accessibility provides administrative, operational, and student success technology support for the Tomnitz Family Learning Opportunities Center (LOC), the First-Year Experience (FYE), and the Student Success Center (SSC). The position serves as the primary administrative resource for accessibility services, specialized academic support programs, and the daily operation of student success initiatives.
The position coordinates administrative processes associated with disability accommodations, the Learning Difference Program (LDP), the College Transition Program (CTP), and First-Year Experience activities. The position also provides operational administration for EAB Navigate 360 and supports the effective use of Jenzabar, Slate, and other institutional systems used by Academic Affairs and Student Success. Responsibilities include user administration, documentation, workflow coordination, communication support, record management, routine system maintenance, and coordination with campus partners.
Through effective organization, communication, accuracy, and attention to detail, the position facilitates student access to services and supports the College's mission, educational goals, and student persistence and retention efforts.

Job Requirements:
Education: Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma/GED with significant directly related administrative experience.
Experience: Minimum: 3 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience.
Experience should include one or more of the following:
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Exchange, Jenzabar. Proficiency in using general office machines, i.e. multi-line phone, copier, and FAX machine; ability to perform general clerical duties of typing and filing; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to work as a part of a team; ability to prioritize tasks; and ability to deal with fast-paced office environment.
