Opening up all of the mail and reviewing the forms and making sure all fields are completed, data entry (thinking about the form), scan in the forms and make sure that the bar code on the form is read to make sure that account has been completed. Making sure files are filed electronically. Making sure that all documentation has been received from the account holder. Handling return mail.
