salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

This role involves overseeing and optimizing administrative processes, ensuring excellent customer service, managing procurement, and supporting departmental functions.

  • Coordinate and manage various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations within the department/section.
  • Implement and optimize office procedures and systems to improve workflow efficiency, including file management, data entry, and information dissemination.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by departmental managers, utilizing software tools and resources effectively.
