Salary Range: 90K-95K
Location: Saipan, MP 

Position Overview:

The Administrative Hearing Officer conducts formal hearings on labor-related complaints, permit denials, and other administrative claims. This role presides over hearings, pre-hearing conferences, and motions; rules on evidentiary matters; and issues administrative orders. Additional duties include hearing appeals (as directed) and providing legal guidance on case dispositions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preside over administrative hearings and pre-hearing conferences.
• Rule on motions and evidentiary matters.
• Draft and issue administrative orders.
• Hear appeals of cases originally decided by other officers (as assigned).
• Provide legal and procedural recommendations.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in legal or administrative roles (e.g., attorney, judge, or comparable position).
• Must submit:
  • Copy of degree/official transcripts.
  • Criminal record clearance.

Conditions:

• Exempt position (ineligible for overtime under FLSA and relevant regulations).
• Documentation Requirement: Education/training claims must be verified via official transcripts or certificates. Missing documents will result in disqualification.
