Job Description - Administrative / Office Assistant

Seeking candidate to fill an administrative position for a local company in Fitzgerald GA. Candidate must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Duties:

Provide administrative assistance to management and other team members.
Prepare reports as needed.
Answering phones and emails
Cross train in other office roles

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Excel and Office
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Deadline and detail oriented
Possess strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to maintain a positive and professional work environment
