Position Overview
We’re seeking a skilled HVAC Dispatcher with excellent customer service skills and a strong background in CRM systems and HVAC automation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a vital role in managing daily operations, scheduling, and serving as the communication hub between technicians, clients, vendors, and the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
• Dispatch HVAC technicians to residential and commercial job sites
• Maintain technician schedules and daily work logs
• Handle incoming service calls with professionalism and urgency
• Coordinate with vendors for parts, equipment, and deliveries
• Collaborate closely with the Human Resources team on scheduling, onboarding, and compliance matters
• Update and maintain customer records and work orders in the CRM
• Ensure consistent, clear communication between field and office
• Assist with government contracting documentation and compliance (preferred)
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a dispatch or customer-facing role
• Experience with CRM platforms and HVAC automation systems required
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Prior experience with government contracts is a plus
