Position is an on site role in Lincoln Nebraska 1 year experience with Microsoft Suite Applications High School or GED Graduate Sorting, prepping and scanning of incoming mail Sorting and processing all types of Insurance documents. Research and input policy numbers and client information Checks for completeness and appropriateness of source data. Involved in fact finding, information search and data gathering. Verifies and compiles data. Identifies and resolves routine and recurring problems. Analyze and process transactions based on rules. Possess strong domain knowledge in Healthcare and Insurance domain Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm, central time. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Shift times may be changed as per client requirements. Overtime may be required based on business requirements. New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process. All new hires will be required to successfully complete our training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material. Must Pass Drug screen.
