Job Description - Administrative Professional


One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team in Cookeville. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing essential administrative support across a variety of functions. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation
  • Process invoices, payments, and other critical administrative paperwork
  • Provide customer service support and address inquiries
  • Assist with data entry and updating company databases
  • Support office staff with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven adaptability and a strong history of flexibility in adjusting to changing responsibilities to meet objectives

Nice to Have (not required)

  • Experience in the HVAC, home services, or service industry
  • Previous administrative or office experience
  • Experience working with CRM software and customer service platforms like Successware21
