Administrative / Sales Assistant - Support Sales Personnel

We’re looking for a motivated Administrative / Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help keep our office running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in sales while building your administrative skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Support sales personnel with daily tasks and client follow-ups

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports

• Maintain and update CRM and customer records

• Assist with order processing and coordination between departments

• Provide general administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Comfortable using CRM software

• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
