YOUR LIFE AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST - OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
As an entry-level Administrative Specialist - Operations Administrator for our TANF Workforce Development program, you get to dive into the details, reviewing customer timesheets and other documentation. And let's not forget about the financial management - you get to order, distribute, and account for all customer stipends and incentives, as well as handle accounts payable invoices with ease.
You're part of a supportive team, collaborating with our program director and director of finance to prepare performance reports, ad hoc reports, and monthly invoices. If you love to engage with people, you have the chance to reach out to customers who miss mandatory appointments.
