Job Description - Administrative Supervisor

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:



  • Supervises office activities in compliance with policies and procedures

  • Supervises internal reporting and communications

  • Oversees invoicing and collections

  •  Participates in vendor selection and management

  •  Works with technical staff to develop appropriate administrative information systems and databases

  •  Participates in the resolution of operating problems

  • Supervises administrative duties in support of station administration, HR and sales

  • Serve as liaison with support areas of the Company

  • Other duties as assigned


OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:



  • Innovation, meets challenges with resourcefulness

  • Dependably follow instructions and responds to Sr. Management direction

  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills

  • Extensive knowledge of standard administrative practices, software applications and satisfaction survey software.

  • Ability to project, manage and produce executive quality reports


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:



  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:



  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 3-5 years previous experience in office management

  • Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role
