Job Description - Administrative Support Representative

Our Administrative Support Representative performs various duties to support the Deposit Operations Department functions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-2:30

Essential Duties:

  • Greeting, directing and announcing visitors to the Operations Center. Providing secure guidance and direction.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail from the Post Office and preps return mail.
  • Prepares all outgoing mail using mail machine.
  • Packs and unpacks courier bags containing work from the branch offices.
  • Responsible for interoffice mail sorting and distribution.
  • Responsible for deliveries to the Operations Center.
  • Maintain courier schedules and payroll sheets.
  • Monitor supplies and complete supply orders for Operations, including office supplies, paper products and breakroom. Monitor supply expenses.
  • Training in Documentation and Administration team tasks to assist when needed.
  • Gathering and processing all documents for internal remote employees in the Operations Center.

Requirements

Education/Training: A High school diploma or equivalent required with specialized bank operations training/education preferred.

Skill(s): Must demonstrate good interpersonal relations, customer support and communicative skills; good mathematical skills; moderate time managements skills; moderate analytical skills; moderate project management skills, moderate PC skills; moderate technical skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, One Note and PowerPoint.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of related experience normally required.

While performing the essential job functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms. At times required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. This position requires regular use of a computer.
