Based in Appleton, WI, we are a locally owned, family-operated company with over 65 years of success. In this role, you will manage a range of administrative responsibilities and act as a primary contact for customer resolutions. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Accounting Department
Research and resolve customer service issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Generate and manage Excel-based reports and data tracking
Assist with internal communication and follow-up as needed
Work independently while staying aligned with department goals and timelines
What We're Looking For:
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas and data manipulation)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor
Previous experience in administrative or accounting support is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting wage of $21 per hour, with consideration for experience

Requirements
1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), including basic knowledge of Excel formulas
Ability to learn proprietary software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to establish priorities and work within deadlines
