About the Role
Hunt Real Estate Corporation is seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Administrative Support professional to join our team in the Rochester Region. This role is critical in providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to our Sales Professionals and Branch Directors. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with a proactive mindset and a passion for supporting others in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to Sales Professionals and Branch Directors
· Assist with the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and technology-related tasks
· Onboard new Sales Professionals and ensure a smooth integration process
· Coordinate and maintain a monthly Regional calendar
· Plan and organize regional meetings and events
· Serve as a go-to resource for team support and office coordination
Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role
· Marketing/Social Media Experience of any kind is preferred
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing tools
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
· Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
