  • Coordinate logistics for Department working groups and stakeholder engagements across PIV, PKI, PACS/LACS, and ICAM program areas.

  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites and documentation libraries in accordance with Department standards and Section 508 requirements.

  • Assist with data collection, verification, and compilation of program metrics, reports, workflow tracking, and operational summaries.

  • Support onboarding activities, staff coordination, task management, risk log updates, and recurring program operational needs.

  • Ensure administrative processes comply with Department security, privacy, and controlled information-handling requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting federal IT, identity management, or security-focused programs.

  • Experience supporting federal program management offices, technical teams, or enterprise-level initiatives.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing polished documents and detailed meeting minutes.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with federal documentation standards, Section 508 requirements, and handling controlled/unclassified information is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) programs.

  • Familiarity with Department enterprise identity systems such as HR Connect, PDS, TEDS, and the USAccess CMS.

  • Relevant training or certification in administrative professional services or project coordination.
