Administrative Support person needed with strong Customer Service and Data Entry skills for a Medical Device company located near the Irvine Spectrum area.
Temporary to hire position with pay depending on experience in range of $24-30/hr, depending on experience. Pay may increase once hired on.
Individual will be responsible for the following:
- Answering phones, create invoices, create email templates, ordering supplies.
- Managing the company E-commerce site.
- Responding to emails from existing and new customers.
- Processing online orders for printing labels and packing products.
- Follow up with new leads via call, email, text or zoom chat.
- Creating campaign email and text blasts and sending.
- Creating Facebook posts for trade shows.
- Assisting with communication with vendors/suppliers on orders, products and packaging materials.
- Keeping the front office neat and clean.
- Assisting with monitoring inventory for ordering.
- Creating and printing shipping labels.
- Packing items to ship.
Ideal Candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong writing skills for emails.
- Experience with responding to e-commerce orders is a big plus.
- Strong computer and typing skills. Can pick up their software and are proficient with Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to jump in where needed and switch gears.
