As an Administrative Technician, you'll be the backbone of our client's CRM operations, processing critical energy deals and maintaining the data integrity that drives business success. This position offers the perfect blend of administrative responsibility and energy industry exposure, making it ideal for professionals seeking growth in a dynamic sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process gas and electric energy deals using Salesforce CRM with precision and efficiency
  • Partner with sales teams to gather and analyze customer usage data
  • Obtain supplier quotes and prepare comprehensive proposals for client presentations
  • Scan, digitize, and accurately match hardcopy files with CRM records
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records to support seamless business operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows
  • Provide regular updates and feedback on deal processing status to internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant administrative experience or equivalent education/experience combination
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in developing presentations and spreadsheet reports
  • Experience with document scanning and digitization processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Energy sector or deal processing experience is a plus
