Job Description - Administrator

Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Book and rent rental vehicles to service customers and outside renters.
  • Explain rental fees, policies and procedures
  • Prepare rental forms, obtaining customer signatures and needed insurance documents.
  • Inspect rental vehicles for damage upon arrival from previous rental customers.
  • Reserve rental vehicles for any upcoming reservations.
  • Manage TRAC employees as needed. 
  • Facilitate needed repairs with Service Manager and any necessary outside vendors, if required.
  • Run all required monthly reports requested by the business office.
  • Control inventory and watch ongoing mileage on each vehicle.
  • Interact with insurance companies and customers to resolve collision or comprehensive damage, if required.
  • Collect fees such as Fast Trac, parking tickets, fuel costs, if necessary.

Education and/or Experience

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Temperature controlled office.

Rate of Pay:

$20 - $25/hour, depending on experience.
