Job Description - Administrator


Performs administrative functions as assigned by management, striving for excellence as part of an efficient team. The administrative functions include but are not limited to Driver Check In, Dock Sales, and Reception.


Requirements

· Support Internal and External Customers.

· Answering phones and greeting guests in a professional manner.

· Support Chain Clubs by verifying pricing, monitoring out of stocks and processing and scheduling orders.

· Support Sales and Suppliers by processing sample invoices.

· Reconcile Transfer and Sample invoices daily.

· Run Misc. Debits and Credits report to verify for proper processing of Pick Up Requests.

· Support Internal and External Customers

· Reconciles driver routes, balance and runs End of Day reporting.

· Scan checks for deposit and transmission to banking institution.

· Maintain electronic copies of delivery invoices by load in OnBase system.

· Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Must be Dependable; must be able to work well with others, be able to multitask; complete tasks on time; have integrity in their work; organization, Accounting, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Reporting Research Results, Verbal Communication.

Qualifications include:

· Microsoft Excel

· Microsoft Word

· VIP

WORKING CONDITIONS & DRESS CODE

This position operates in a professional office environment, and may include regular travel and on-site work in a warehouse environment. Expected hours of work are Monday through Friday during the Company’s regular business hours. Regular, consistent attendance is required. Dress code is business casual, closed-toe shoes

recommended.

While performing the duties of this job, employee is required to stand; balance; walk; climb stairs, sit; use hands to feel and handle objects, tools, or controls, including standard office equipment such as computers, phones, fax machines; reach with hands and arms; talk; hear; and have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to focus.
