Administrator Accounting - A Shift - Columbus Junction, IA

Job Details:

The Accounting Administrator provides comprehensive support across all areas of the accounting team, with a focus on T&A (time & attendance) while also assisting with day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and adaptability, and includes structured cross-training with all Accounting Administrators to ensure coverage and continuity across accounting functions. The role plays a key part in maintaining accurate and efficient accounting processes.

***Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (occasional Saturday)

REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Some college and career-minded goals preferred.

Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred. Accounting experience a plus. 1+ years of UKG/payroll experience preferred.

Computer Skills: Requires standard computer skills including generating Excel spreadsheets and Word processing. Proficiency in Excel a plus. SAP experience a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Special Skills: 10 Key proficiency a must. Accounting/Excel classes preferred.
