Passion for working with Seniors

College degree and administrator’s license/certification per state requirements

LPN/LVN/RN license (preferred)

Must be able to speak English.

Aptitude for analytical thinking, capable of creative solutions to solve problems thoroughly and rapidly

Impeccable organizational skills and leadership abilities

Previous management experience

Ability to relate well to residents and their families

Passionate about serving seniors with excellent customer service skills

Job Summary:
Sweetwater Groves is seeking a fun and energetic Administrator to join our amazing team. As part of the Administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential assisted living homes.

In this role, you will:

Plan, direct, market, coordinate, and supervise delivery of care for residents.

Ensure quality care and service for residents while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with the director to ensure seamless coordination among all departments.

Directly manage the caregiver staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Manage staff schedule.

Our Executive Directors

Our Executive Directors oversee the care of residents and the general operations of the home. Executive Directors may be required to be licensed or certified depending on the state in which the home is located. They are all experienced in caring for seniors in a residential setting.

Our Resident Ambassadors

While some facilities simply call them “caregivers,” to us they’re a lot more. We call them Resident Ambassadors. Our Resident Ambassadors are responsible for direct hands-on care of our residents.They have been specially trained in the Majestic Residences system of care.

All Majestic Residences are independently owned and operated working under a franchise licensing agreement with Majestic Residences, LLC.
