Administrator Georgia Private Home Care Provider

The Administrator leads the day-to-day operations and growth of Venture Forthe, Inc.’s Georgia Private Home Care Provider. This non-clinical leadership position is accountable for regulatory compliance, staffing, service delivery, client growth, referral development, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with Georgia licensing requirements, payer standards, and company policies.
• Supervise the Supervisory Registered Nurse and other assigned leaders while respecting clinical decision-making and professional nursing responsibilities.
• Maintain adequate staffing and oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, credentialing, performance, and retention.
• Monitor client intake, service agreements, authorizations, scheduling, EVV compliance, payroll and billing readiness, and service delivery.
• Lead complaint management, incident reporting, quality improvement, corrective actions, and ongoing survey and audit readiness.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for regulatory agencies, Georgia Medicaid, contracted payers, and other oversight organizations.
• Develop referral and payer relationships, manage prospective-client pipelines, and convert qualified referrals into admissions.
• Create and execute growth plans for client census, service hours, revenue, staffing capacity, retention, and financial sustainability.
• Track operational and financial performance, report results to leadership, and address barriers affecting compliance, quality, or growth.
• Evaluate new services, markets, payer opportunities, and expansion strategies while obtaining required approvals.
• Maintain administrative coverage, a reliable office and field presence, and continuity of operations.
• Protect confidential client, employee, clinical, and financial information in accordance with HIPAA and company policy.

Required

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of administrative or management experience in healthcare, home care, community-based services, or a related field.
• Ability to complete all Administrator orientation and training required by Georgia regulations and Venture Forthe, Inc.
• Ability to satisfy fingerprinting, background-screening, and other regulatory eligibility requirements.
• Strong leadership, judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of staffing, scheduling, compliance, service authorization, payroll, billing, budgeting, and operational controls.
• Ability to use electronic visit verification, HR, payroll, and electronic client and personnel record systems.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the Georgia service area.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and maintain confidential information appropriately.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field.
• Experience with a Georgia Private Home Care Provider and familiarity with applicable state regulations.
• Experience with Georgia Medicaid, home- and community-based services, managed care, private-pay services, billing, or reimbursement.
• Familiarity with personal care, companion or sitter, and nursing service operations.
• Experience building referral and payer relationships, increasing client census, or growing a healthcare or home-care service line.
