What You'll Do

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the facility


• Oversee operations, financial performance, admissions, and census development


• Lead and develop department leaders and facility staff


• Promote exceptional resident care, customer service, and quality outcomes


• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness


• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence

What You'll Need

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license


• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare leadership experience


• Strong leadership, financial management, and operational skills


• Excellent communication and team development abilities
